Notice for Registrants

To ensure the stability and successful organization of our events, we maintain a strict refund policy. Please review the terms below carefully before completing your registration.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are NOT granted unless there is a qualifying event. We are unable to issue refunds for cancellations due to personal schedule changes, "changing your mind," or other non-qualifying personal reasons.

This policy is necessary because organizing our camp events involves significant up-front costs and logistical commitments that depend on confirmed attendance numbers.

2. Qualifying Events

A "qualifying event" for a refund may include:

Event cancellation by Spring River Camp.
Significant changes to the event date or primary location after registration.
Documented medical emergencies or family relocation (subject to review).

3. How to Request a Review
